House: New, modern, nice, comfortable house, 2 storeys, in the district of Hauts Rupts, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Gérardmer, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the green. Private: grounds 2000 m2. (In winter snow chains necessary). Steep footpath to the house. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers, restaurant 3 km. Swimming pool, tennis 3 km, ski runs 1 km, cross-country ski trail 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Please note: car essential. Access to the house from the car park is via a sloping path which is not easy for people with restricted mobility.Interior: 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room 48 m2, with swedish stove and TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
