The left wing and the outer buildings are occupied by the owners. The chateau has an English garden of 20 hectares and a chapel. Lake 2000 m2 with ducks and geese. Fishing is possible on request. Pond 4 m wide (depth 60 cm). Pool house, sunloungers, garden furniture, table tennis, barbecue. Shower. WC. Access via a central pathway 500 m (partly paved). Train line TGV 1.5 km. A caretaker lives in the annexe to the far north. Castle "de Verdun Bouthonvilliers". Private: swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 150 - 180 cm, 01.05.-30.09.).
